Bloody Burglar Arrested

A North Manchester man was arrested yesterday after police say they caught him breaking into his girlfriend’s home.  The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department got a call about a possible burglary in progress just west of the town of Pierceton. When they arrived, they made contact with the suspect, Troy Michael Frieden who was  covered in blood.  Police say he was in possession of two handguns, a .22 caliber pistol and a 9 mm handgun.  They say Frieden had discharged one weapon into the engine compartment of the victim’s vehicle as it was parked inside the garage.  He then proceeded to canvas the entire house looking for his ex-girlfriend, leaving a trail of blood throughout.  Frieden is currently being held in the Kosciusko County Jail.
