Board Says No to Dr. Hedrick’s Settlement

The Indiana Medical Licensing Board rejected the settlement agreement proposal from Doctor William Hedrick, of the Centers for Pain Relief.

He would have been suspended from his medical license for at least two years and voluntarily been on probation for four years.

However the board rejected that agreement, sending the case to trial.

He’s accused of over-prescribing medication to patients; in some cases, leading to death.

Back in December, the Attorney General’s office filed a complaint against Hedrick.
