FORT WAYNE (WOWO): One of IPFW’s long-time leaders is moving on.  Vice Chancellor for financial affairs will take a similar position at Missouri University of Science and Technology. Branson has been with the university since 1993. His last day is July 31. IPFW Chancellor Vicky Carwein said Branson leaves big shoes to fill.
