FORT WAYNE (WOWO): Old National Bank announced this morning they will pay more than $107 million dollars for Fort Wayne's Tower Bank.
According to the Journal Gazette, Tower shareholders will be given shares in Old National and $6.75 per share of common stock.
The deal is expected to be finalized in March, 2014.
