FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Changes coming to Fort Wayne's Rib Room Restaurant.

Owners say they've sold the building to a local real estate firm, with the restaurant operating at the location.

The restaurant has served Fort Wayne for 55 years. The building will undergo renovations. According to a press release, the west side of the building – the family room, will be renamed Nick's Martini and Wine Bar.

The restaurant was once known as Nick's Rib Bar and later Nick and Von's Rib Room for owners Nick Stamanis and Von Filippou.
