FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The coroner's office has officially ruled the Tuesday shooting death of 18-year old Brenzel Bryant is homicide.

It's the 36th of the year in Allen County. Meanwhile, the other victim, 18-year-old Jovan Sims was admitted in serious condition, but has been down-graded to critical condition.

It happened on Smith Street just east of Weisser Park. Police found two men suffering from gunshot wounds. Bryant was taken to a local hospital in critical condition, where he died. Witnesses believe that the two may have exchanged fire in a robbery.

Two handguns were found nearby.
