City Utilities Offers Free Tours During River Summit

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): As part of this week's River Summit, staff members are opening the Camp Scott Wetlands to all attendees, and will be giving free guided tours today. The wetlands were constructed to store and treat stormwater runoff on the City’s southeast side, and also provide a natural habitat for birds and other animals.
