INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ The Indianapolis Colts have re-signed free agent cornerback Cassius Vaughn. The move means Indy has kept two key backups in an effort to improve the secondary. Vaughn made 11 starts in 2012 and finished with a career-high 70 tackles.
