CLEVELAND (AP) _ Gerald Green scored 20 points last night to lead the Indiana Pacers past the Cleveland Cavaliers 111-90. Tyler Hansbrough added 18 points and 11 rebounds for the Pacers in place of the injured David West. C.J. Miles led the Cavaliers with 21 points.
