Columbia City business owner arrested

Columbia City, Ind. (WOWO): A Columbia City business owner is facing charges after a woman reported he touched her inappropriately.

Anees Qureshi,56, was arrested Thursday on charges of battery after a three month long investigation by the  Indiana State Police Department.  The investigation revealed a woman from Columbia City scheduled a massage with the owner (Anees Qureshi) of “Goin’ Postal” who stated to her that he was a certified massage therapist.

During her visit on October 27,2017 he allegedly touched her in a sexually inappropriate manor three times.  She then contacted the Indiana State Police in Fort Wayne to file her complaint on November 1, 2017.

State police detectives forwarded the report to the Whitley County Prosecutors office for review.  Three counts of battery charges were filed.  He is currently out on bond.
