(WOWO) Fort Wayne, Ind.- Congressman Luke Messer does indeed have the best interest of the people at the front of his list.

The Congressman just recently saw a bill of his passed that addresses the problem of taxpayers funding sexual harassment payouts. Although a very serious issue, Messer wasn’t a fan of the American people having to pay money out of their pockets.

Messer said he was glad to see that they had ended any future ability of Congress to use taxpayer dollars in that way, but also says that more needs to be done, including releasing all victims of sexual harassment of non-disclosure agreements.
