FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Authorities have identified a man fatally injured in a motorcycle crash last week.

The coroner’s office says 26-year-old Andrew Benevich of Fort Wayne died Monday afternoon from blunt force trauma. Late Friday night Benevich crashed the bike near the intersection of West Washington Boulevard and Thieme Drive.

Police aren’t sure if the man was wearing a helmet.
