Covered Bridge Repair Contract Awarded

A contract has been awarded for repairs to be made to the Spencerville Covered Bridge in DeKalb County.  The bridge was damaged extensively in September when a semi driver tried to use the bridge without the proper overhead clearance.  That driver is still facing charges related to that incident.  An Ohio-based company will make the repairs at a cost to the county of $103,000.
