The credit bureaus are about to come under government control. We found out yesterday that Equifax, Transunion and Experian among others will now have some sort of government oversight that will require them to answer to Uncle Sam about how they put their numbers together. There are those who say this is a great thing because the public has been held hostage by this group for years, while others say the government is not the right group of people to look into this.
