Crowdfunding campaign launched for women, kids left homeless by fire

ANGOLA, Ind. (WOWO): Two families are both left with nothing after a fire destroyed their Angola home.

“You feel like you just lost your whole life. Like it’s just gone,” Jamie Lower speaking to our Partners in News at ABC 21. She, her roommate, and the five kids between them all escaped the Friday afternoon fire with their lives, but nothing else.

“I could have lost a friend. I could have lost children, my children. We could have lost her children.”

A crowdfunding campaign has been set up to help the women and their children; find it here.
