Early Morning Raid on Plymouth Meth House

PLYMOUTH, Ind (WOWO): A month long investigation by the Plymouth Police Department and the Indiana State Police Department resulted in two felony arrests early this morning.

Shortly before 6:00 a.m. officers raided a home in Plymouth acting on a search warrant. 

The residence, 1112 South Michigan Road, is located directly across the street from Webster Elementary School. Officers located a semi automatic rifle in the home along with the remnants of a meth lab and other drug paraphernalia. 

Two subjects, including a juvenile, were at the home at the time the warrant was served.

34-year-old Peter Devine, and 26-year-old Tricia Eckert, both live at the S. Michigan Road house. 

Devine was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant out of Marshall County for theft and driving while suspended. In addition both Devine and Eckert now face Class A felony charges for dealing methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school.

Both were taken to the Marshall County Jail and are being held without bond.
