One political analyst says early voting may have advantages for both political parties. This comes as county clerks report high early voting turnout, now in its second week across Indiana. Indiana Fiscal Policy Institute’s John Ketzenberger says it’s a good strategy for both democrats and republicans to get voters out for the sake of momentum. Ketzenberger says the old conventional wisdom that early voting benefits democrats may not be the case in the current presidential election. He says it may be time to rethink that notion.
