VINCENNES, Ind. (AP): Former child abduction victim Elizabeth Smart will speak to southwestern Indiana high school seniors tomorrow. Smart will present the keynote address to high school seniors attending a College GO! Week event at Vincennes University. She will talk about how it's possible to overcome extreme adversity by not allowing one's past to dictate the future.
