DEFIANCE, OHIO (WOWO): A Defiance woman dies after a fatal crash Thursday morning. Just before 6:30 A.M., 50-year-old Kathy Browns was driving on Krouse Road when she lost control and went off the side of the road where her vehicle hit a utility pole. She was pronounced dead at the scene. According to officials, speed appears to be a factor in the crash, which remains under investigation by police.
