WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): An elderly man is among five people arrested on drug charges in Kosciusko County.

Yesterday, members of a drug task and sheriff’s department took the suspects into custody after they allegedly sold illegal drugs to undercover officers.

Seventy-two year old Russell Bailey is charged with dealing a controlled substance. Similar charges are pending against Warsaw’s 53-year old Cindy Bolin, 24-year old Amber Hobbs.

Thirty-one year old Elaine Smith of Pierceton and 21-year old Skyler Dutton were also arrested.

Bond is set at $10,000 dollars, each.
