MARION, Ind. (WOWO): Court documents say 51-year-old Stephen Gorrell of Upland stole thousands of dollars from the city by selling back unearned sick and vacation days, and taking bonuses he wasn't entitled to. Yesterday morning he pleaded guilty in Grant County to seven felony counts of theft, that according to our partners in news at 21 Alive. Gorrell retired last year, before the investigation began.
