FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne man is accused of raping a woman with serious mental disabilities.

The man is also accused of later fathering a child with the woman. 55-year-old Juan Morales was charged with raping the 19-year-old, who has the mental capacity of an elementary school student.

According to the Journal Gazette, the woman gave birth in December. Before the child was conceived, Morales allegedly was aware of her mental condition.

The charge specifies the girl was not able to give consent. Results from a paternity test shows that Morales is 99% likely to be the father of the child.

A warrant is out for his arrest.
