Fort Wayne Man Dies after Lawnmower Accident

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Officials say a Fort Wayne man died, four days after being pinned in a pond underneath a riding lawnmower. According to Indiana Conservation Officers, 26-year-old Robert Houser Jr. died Tuesday of complications from being stuck in a retention pond at the West Chester Lakes subdivision in southwest Fort Wayne.

Authorities say Houser was working for a landscaping company when the mower slid down an embankment into the pond on Friday.
