FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): It’s apparently a good time to sell a house in Fort Wayne.

Inventory in town is down 21% from this time last year, according to our Partners in News at 21Alive.

Realtor Brenda Williams tells them things are going well for both new home builders and people trying to sell existing homes, as values have gone up an average of 9%.

Williams adds that usually things are busiest for realtors right after spring break.
