FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Gas prices are up in Fort Wayne.

GasBuddy‘s daily survey of 201 gas outlets in Fort Wayne found prices rising 15 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $2.11 for a gallon of gas Sunday, close to the national average of $2.12.

Still, even with that jump, prices in Fort Wayne are still 86 cents per gallon lower than they were a year ago, and about 10 cents lower than a month ago.

Senior Petroleum Analyst Patrick DeHaan tells WOWO news prices will probably creep a little higher this week but should be back below $2 per gallon this autumn and winter.
