Fort Wayne woman to stand trial for fatal crash

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne woman accused of a fatal 2013 hit-and-run crash will stand trial this fall.

40-year-old Robin Ingram will stand trial on October 31st on a felony charge of failure to stop after an accident resulting in injury or death.

Ingram is accused of hitting a 27-year-old man on his motorcycle in the early-morning hours of April 14th, 2013 near the intersection of East Wayne and Clay Streets. The News-Sentinel reports police found a headlight lens near the man’s body and were able to connect it to Ingram’s SUV.

She denies being involved.
