STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) – A fugitive non-compliant sex offender was located and taken into custody Tuesday.
A warrant for arrest was issued last week for Keith Adam Kappler, 56, after he failed to register as a sex or violent offender.

Kappler was located in the 3300 block of W. Elm Street in McHenry, Illinois just before 10 a.m. Tuesday. He was arrested without incident and is currently booked at the McHenry County Jail awaiting extradition back to Steuben County.
