FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – A missing 12-year-old has been located by Fort Wayne Police.

A public safety alert was sent out asking for help from the community to locate the boy who was described as having curly hair and wearing a gray t-shirt with long black pants and white and blue tennis shoes.

He was found safe by police around 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
