Gang member arrested in drug raid

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fort Wayne Police arrested a man Thursday morning in a drug raid.

Detectives with the gang and violent crimes unit searched a home in the 3200 block of South Anthony Blvd just before 9:45 a.m. Once inside, they discovered 30 grams of crack cocaine, about 10 grams of powder cocaine, marijuana, trafficking paraphernalia, and AK-47 style rifle, a revolver, and ammunition.

19-year-old Darrius Green was arrested and is facing 2 counts of dealing cocaine level 4 felony, 1 count of dealing cocaine level 2 felony, possession of marijuana, and maintaining a common nuisance.

Police say Green is a confirmed member of the EBK criminal street gang, and say the house was a known EBK hangout.
