Gang Unit Arrests Two

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Fort Wayne Police Department’s violent crime unit has made arrests in connection to a shooting early Monday morning.

Adonis Robison and Christopher Sewell were taken into custody on Lillie Street as suspects for their role in a shooting at Peanuts Food and Spirits on St. Joe Road.

For his role, Robinson is facing charges of attempted murder, aggravated battery, criminal recklessness and criminal gang activity. He also was charged with a weapons offense. Sewell is charged with felony battery and criminal gang activity.

In that shooting, Marvin Davis Jr. was shot several times.

The FBI’s Safe Streets task force assisted in making the arrests.
