FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Nationally, gas prices have been going down, but here locally, they've been rising. Gas has gone up over 13 cents a gallon in the last week, averaging $3.50 a gallon yesterday. However, they're still lower than a year ago-25 cents a gallon lower. Patrick DeHaan with www.gasbuddy.com says that nationally, we should see gas prices continue to fall as fall itself is here.
