FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Last week we were down, but this week we're back up for prices at the pump. Prices here in Fort Wayne have gone up nearly 15 cents a gallon in the last week alone, averaging $3.26/gallon yesterday, making prices 4.3 cents higher than the same day a year ago. But, Patrick DeHaan with www.gasbuddy.com says January and February usually have low gas prices, and to add to that, he expects gas prices next year should average lower than prices this year.
