Goshen Man Dead After Apparent Accidental Self-Inflicted Gun Shot Wound

GOSHEN, Ind. (WOWO) — A Goshen man has died after what police say was an accidental shooting.

Officers were called to the 300 block of Crescent Street just after 8:30 Tuesday night, where they found 28-year-old Dylan Ritter with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Ritter was taken to the hospital but later died from his injuries.

According to WNDU – The Elkhart County Homicide Unit is investigating but says the shooting appears to be accidental.
