The man who was the Youth for Christ Campus director in Huntington was in federal court yesterday to see if the evidence against him for receiving child porn is strong enough to charge him and keep him in federal custody. Nathan Hasty is accused of creating multiple Facebook profiles and then pretending he was a 16 year old girl to get boys from his youth group to send him pictures and videos of themselves in compromising situations. The magistrate hearing the case believed, at this point, it seems strong and added that if he were allowed to be out, he would pose a risk to the community. He remains in the custody of U.S. Marshals until his arraignment, which is set for a couple of weeks from now.
