Kosciusko County, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) – 30-year-old Aubert Clevenger of Pierceton is in police custody, accused of breaking into a house late Monday night, then shooting at the car of the home owners as they returned home.

Kosciusko County police say it was just before 10 p.m. when the homeowners pulled into their driveway on County Road 500 North and noticed an unfamiliar car in their driveway.

Police say they noticed a man leaving their home. As they pulled closer the man then pointed a gun in their direction and fired a shot at their car.

The suspect then got into a car and fled the scene. The homeowner’s son began a pursuit and followed behind informing police of his escape route until police intervened and apprehended Clevenger.
