House Condemned After Fort Wayne Drug Bust

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fort Wayne police took four people into custody on Wednesday for drugs and other charges at a local residence.


The suspects were arrested after police served a search warrant on the 4800 block of Smith Street. The house was later condemned according to Fort Wayne Neighborhood Code.


According to a press release, one of those suspects was a juvenile, who's name has not been released. The juvenile was charged with Visiting a Common Nuisance.



The other suspects' charges are as follows:

Brandon Bennett – Adult Male
·         Manufacturing Methamphetamine
·         Possession of Two or More Precursors
·         Dumping Illegal Controlled Substance Waste
·         Maintaining a Common Nuisance
·         Possession of Marijuana
·         Possession of Paraphernalia
Nicole Shiriaev – Adult Female
·         Possession of Two or More Precursors
·         Possession of Paraphernalia
·         Possession of Marijuana
·         Visiting a Common Nuisance
Jamel Harris – Adult male

·         Charge: Maintaining a Common Nuisance
