FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Fort Wayne Police Department is investigating a two vehicle crash that occurred on southbound I-69 at the 311 mile marker (Lima Road exit).

At this time, the left and center lanes are closed and traffic has begun to back up. Traffic will be moving very slowly along the far right lane and police are urging motorists to exercise extreme caution and patience while emergency crews work to clear the backup.
