INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): The Indiana Department of Environmental Management combined its offices of agriculture liaison and business and legislative liaison into a new office. It will be known as the Office of Government and Community Affairs. Steve Howell, former agriculture liaison, will be the director, and Brian Rockensuess has joined the IDEM as the new business, agriculture, and legislative liaison.
