Ignite the Future Day declared in Indiana

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO):  Vice President-elect Governor Mike Pence is ready to “Ignite The Future.”

Sunday has been declared Ignite the Future Day in Indiana, which also coincides along with the final celebration of Indiana’s bicentennial year.

 

Pence states, “for the past year the citizens of Indiana have celebrated the growth and greatness of our state by creating more than 1,500 bicentennial legacy projects to celebrate and honor the history, communities and natural beauty of this state” and “we encourage young Hoosiers to learn the lessons of this bicentennial and our proud Hoosier heritage to propel this state forward and ‘Ignite the Future’ of Indiana”.
