INDIANAPOLIS (AP): An Indiana couple has tied the knot during a star-spangled Fourth of July wedding on the steps of downtown Indianapolis' Monument Circle. WRTV reports Tiffany and Brian Liffick exchange vows yesterday during their red, white and blue-themed wedding ceremony. Tiffany Liffick says she wanted to say her vows on the steps of the Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument because she and Brian shared a romantic moment at the same spot last year.
