INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ Indianapolis’ public safety director says the city will increase security at upcoming events such as the 500 Festival Mini-Marathon, but spectators likely won’t notice the changes.
 
  Troy Riggs said Tuesday that most of the added security at the May 4 race will be behind the scenes. He says the only thing people may notice is additional sweeps by police dogs.
 
  Riggs says security officials will be monitoring Twitter and other social media before and during the event, and will use social media to get the word out to the public if anything happens. He says he doesn’t anticipate any violence and the FBI hasn’t notified him of any threats.
