FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne college is looking to restructure more than a dozen academic departments.

An internal report says IPFW is looking to save costs by restructuring 13 departments, according to the Journal Gazette, including a consolidation of the MBA and economics programs. The report, which was compiled by two dozen people, will be gone over this summer, according to spokesman John Kaufeld, who told the paper the restructuring is part of a five-year strategic plan through 2020.

The following departments are being targeted: anthropology, economics, fine arts, geosciences, history, international language and culture studies, master of business administration, philosophy, physics, political science, sociology, visual communication and design, and women’s studies. Almost all of those programs fall under the Indiana University side of the college.
