Jury Selection to Begin in Trial of Indy Officer

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (AP): Jury selection is set to begin in the trial an Indianapolis police officer accused of intoxicated driving when he crashed into two motorcycles, killing a man and seriously injuring two other people. The trial of David Bisard on reckless homicide and drunken driving charges has been moved to Allen Superior Court in Fort Wayne because of extensive pretrial publicity in central Indiana. Judge John Surbeck scheduled jury selection to begin Monday.
