Local gang member busted

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A local gang member is being held on bond after a recent drug bust.

After detectives made several cocaine purchases from Keondre “Chicken” Lee, they applied for a search warrant for Lee’s home.

On Tuesday, just before 4:00 p.m., officers and agents with the Fort Wayne Police

Department’s Gang and Violent Crimes Unit served the warrant at his residence located at 909 Hamilton Avenue. During their search, they found drug paraphernalia, a small amount of marijuana, a fully loaded pistol and a high capacity “drum” magazine.

Lee was taken into custody and charged with two counts of dealing cocaine, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of marijuana. He is currently being held on a $100,000 bond.
