LOGANSPORT, Ind. (WOWO): Indiana Conservation Officers are investigating an off-road vehicle crash that happened on the city streets of Logansport. 23-year-old Jesse Elliott, of Logansport, was taken to a local hospital after the vehicle he was driving collided with the side of a car. Elliott was thrown from the vehicle on impact and suffered a broken collar bone. He was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. Speed is though to be a factor in the accident. Officers note that it is illegal to ride an off-road vehicle of any kind on city streets in Logansport.
