FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Mishawaka man is facing child solicitation charges in Allen County.

45-year-old Willie Lovelady is accused of asking a 14-year-old girl to send him sexually explicit texts and photos on Facebook.

That’s according to the Journal Gazette, who say online chat logs show he spoke with her a number of times betweeen March and May 2015, including sending her some sexually explicit messages, well after he was made aware of her age. Other messages apparently show he was aware what he was doing was illegal.

Lovelady hasn’t been arrested yet on the charges.
