FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne man has died from injuries he suffered in an accident that occurred on April 5th at East Washington Boulevard and South Anthony.  The victim is identified as 47-year-old Steven Mincoff of Fort Wayne.  Mincoff was riding a moped that collided with a pickup truck.  He was taken to Parkview Regional Medical Center in critical condition.  He succumbed to his injuries just before 3:00 Thursday afternoon.  His cause of death is listed as blunt force trauma.  Mincoff’s death marks the 10th traffic fatality for Fort Wayne and Allen County in 2013.
