ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Another man has pleaded guilty to rape charges connected to an incident near the University Saint Francis campus back in 2011.  The Journal Gazette says Austin Bower was handcuffed by deputies after court proceedings yesterday.  Bower reportedly admitted in court to raping a woman at an off-campus house party.  Two other defendants in the case have already pleaded guilty.  Bower is scheduled for sentencing next month when he’s expected to receive a sentence of six years behind bars and four years probation.
