Man Dies After River Rescue

FORT WAYNE, Ind (WOWO): A man who was rescued Monday afternoon after diving into the St. Mary’s river, has died.  The man reportedly went to the edge of the river, stripped down to his underwear and then jumped in.  He was pulled from the water and was taken to the hospital in critical condition where he later died.  The coroner’s office is withholding the man’s name until relatives have been notified.
