STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Just before 1 this morning, 25-year-old Christopher Roth of Orland was driving on South Lake Gage Drive at an apparent high speed, when he went off the road and hit a tree. He was taken to a Steuben County hospital for facial injuries. Alcohol is believed to be a factor, and the crash is still under investigation.
